If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

• Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We do not store your full payment card details. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment processor in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Calmach is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handoff to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind Calmach with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Important: If the platform has been assembled and used, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund. The 30-day guarantee applies to unused items in original packaging only.

• To initiate a return, contact support@calmach.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.
• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Calmach LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Product Use & Safety

Calmach products are designed for athletic training use by adults in good physical condition. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge:

• You are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe use.
• You will consult a physician before beginning any new training program.
• You will read and follow all included instructions and warnings.
• You understand that physical training involves inherent risk of injury.
• Calmach products are not intended for use by individuals under 16 without adult supervision.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calmach products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmach LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calmach LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calmach LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
